Led by Dr. Demian, our team has over 220 years of combined experience in family dental care.
Dr. Fadi Demian
Dr. Fadi Demian is a dedicated general and cosmetic dentist with extensive experience working with children and adults to promote healthy dental habits. Dr. Demian completed his dental degree at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU). He aspires to provide the best possible care to his patients by providing a full range of dental procedures, including fillings, veneers, crowns and bridges, root canals, implants, dentures, and much more. Dr. Demian displays a patient-centered approach and prioritizes providing empathy and comfort for his patients. He deeply values not only his patients but his co-workers and staff. Dr. Demian loves spending time with his family and dogs outside of work. Leisurely, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, or trying new foods. Restaurant recommendations are always welcome!
Dr. Ariana Ochoa
Dr. Ariana Ochoa was born and raised in the Silicon Valley. She attended California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish. She then attended the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. She chose to continue her education at Swedish Medical Center, General Practice Residency in Seattle, WA where she gained advanced dental skills including implant placement and sedation dentistry. During her time in Seattle, she fell in love with treating patients with special needs and helping patients overcome their dental fears and anxieties. In her free time she enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband.

Dr. Gerard Sabaté
Dr. Gerard Sabaté graduated from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry and is excited to practice in the area he grew up in. He loves the dental field because he’s able to form and maintain lifelong relationships with his patients. Dr. Sabaté believes that every patient is unique, and he strives to provide individualized care based on their needs. He’ll work with you to come up with a custom dental health plan. Dr. Sabaté’s favorite aspect of his work is dental implants and giving denture patients permanent teeth, so they can get back to eating what they want, when they want. Dr. Sabaté is an assistant professor at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry. He is passionate about teaching the next generation of dentists, and also leads students on local and international dental missionary trips. When he is not playing with his two kids, he is busy riding dirt bikes, playing his trombone, golfing, camping, and enjoying pretty much any outdoor activity!
Chanel
Chanel has been in the dental field for almost a decade and counting. To summarize her career, a "Jill of All Trades" is the best phrase to describe her dental journey. As office manager, she influences a style of servant leadership with her team and enjoys establishing long-term patient relations. Chanel's main priority is creating a memorable and trustworthy experience for patients in her community. Chanel is a Yucaipa local with her young son. She loves to travel and practice meditation and is a food enthusiast!
Johanna
Johanna brings 18 years of experience in the dental field to Centerpoint Dental. Fluent in Spanish, Johanna enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel at ease throughout their dental visits. Her calm and friendly presence makes her a comforting part of every appointment. Outside of work, Johanna loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether camping, off-roading in Glamis, or boating in Lake Havasu, she enjoys every opportunity to be active and make lasting memories. Off the clock, she is a wife and basketball mom to two boys, dogs, and a gigantic tortoise. She also enjoys traveling any chance that she gets.
Nicole
Nicole is the newest team member here at Centerpoint Dental. She started her career as a Dental Assistant in 2012. Her passion for the dental field and desire to learn led her to transition to the front office. She strives to bring a positive and calming patient experience. Nicole is a Los Angeles native who moved to Highland in 2020. Nicole enjoys the beach, reading, and going on weekend trips!
Melanie
Mel brings over a decade of experience in the dental field, with a background in specialty Endodontics and oral surgery. She currently serves as an RDAEF II, where her skill, compassion, and upbeat energy help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. Mel is passionate about building genuine connections and turning dental visits into positive, even enjoyable, experiences. She loves talking with patients, easing their concerns, and helping them feel informed and at ease every step of the way. Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, creating silly, joy-filled memories together. She’s married to an amazing husband and is the proud mom of three grown children. An outdoor enthusiast and fitness lover, she also adores animals and shares her home with two lovable French Bulldogs.
Gina
Gina has over 20 years of dental experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. She joined the Centerpoint Team in 2020 but has previous working years with Dr. Hilton. Gina enjoys making patients more confident by helping them achieve the dental care they need and deserve. Gina likes to spend time with her family and travel to her home country of Mexico.
Cecilly
Cecilly has 14 years of dental experience. She started in dentistry as a registered dental assistant, and she fell in love with the field. She went on to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. Her main priority as a hygienist is working with her patients as a team to help them achieve improved oral health. Cecilly is married with one son, and her greatest joy comes from being a baseball mom, traveling, and creating memories with friends and family.
Amber
With a career in dentistry that began in 1999, Amber started as a dental assistant before quickly discovering her true passion was at the front office. She thrives on building genuine connections with patients, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know each patient and seeing them leave with a smile. Outside the office, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys, especially on trips to the river or while camping at the beach.

Samantha
With five years of dental experience, Samantha began her career as a registered dental assistant in pediatric dentistry, where she quickly discovered her passion for preventative care. She is dedicated to educating patients and their families on the importance of dental hygiene and takes pride in her empathetic approach. Her goal is to help each patient feel confident and motivated about their oral health. Known for her personalized care and use of the latest hygiene techniques, Samantha is committed to helping individuals achieve their oral hygiene goals. Outside the office, she enjoys attending concerts, playing in her local softball league, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
